Note: ● standard ON/OFF dosing mode: 100 count per minute for the following models :DLX-MA/M 02-10; 05-07 and 05-12; 120 count per minute for the rest of models; ● HRS system works in the range 100/120-240 count per minute, according to actually set backpressure; ● standard head is 2 m; ● standard voltage is 230V ± 10% 50 Hz; ● pump flow rate is determined by testing with water of an average hardness, at nominal pressure, lifting height of 1.5 m, and room temperature.

| Principle of operation of dosing pumps |
The principle of the dosing pump is as follows: there is a teflon diaphragm fitted to the plunger; the last one is driven by the influence of a constant electromagnetic field of the solenoid. When the plunger strokes under the influence of the electromagnetic field, there occurs pressure on the pump bonnet, this leads to air outlet through the outlet valve. When the impact of the electromagnetic field is over, the plunger returns to its primary position by means of a spring. At the same time the inlet valve automatically performs the liquid inlet. Operation is very simple: there is no need in lubrication that results in minimal maintenance. Pump constructing materials provides the possibility to pump aggressive liquids. |
