IRG dry rotor pumps refer to vertical single-stage centrifugal pumps designed on the base of a combination of common vertical pumps and IS centrifugal ones. In terms of application one can define oil pumps, hot water pumps, as well as chemically applicable pumps that are resistant to corrosion

These pumps can pump both hot and cold water at the temperature up to +120оС, in standard construction.

 

Characteristics
  • IRG cast iron dry rotor pumps feature electric motor installed vertically and inlet and outlet nozzles installed on one axis, which provides in-line construction. In addition, these pumps have compact dimensions, space saving design; the pumps can be installed outdoors under a shelter.
  • The impeller with the dry rotor is installed directly on the prolonged motor shaft. Thus, the pump operation is noiseless, and the vibration is not high. Moreover, the housing is connected with the motor, so that it decreases the axial pressure during operation.
  • The shaft is sealed by mechanical seals that refer to a combination of seals all made of titanium alloy, which extends pump service life.
