Cradle-mounted pumps are multi-purpose and applicable to various media which require reliable and low-cost water supply. This series features five main application fields. They are as follows:

NL series features flow rate up to 3000 m³/h and head up to 145 m.

 NL Cradle-Mounted Pumps

 Technical Characteristics:

• Head is up to 145 m;
• Flow rate is up to 3000 m³/h;
• Pump housing and installation plate are made of EN-GJL-250 cast iron, the impeller is made either of cast iron or bronze;
• Maximal process pressure: 10 or 16 bar depending on a model;
• Temperature of pumped medium: -10°С, max. +120°С;
• Maximal ambient temperature: +40°С;
• Protection class: IP55;
• Seal: either mechanical seal or gland seal.

Due to higher requirements for the design of shaft, bearings, and impeller, the vibration is reduced, and the service life of the mechanical seal and ball bearings is, therefore, increased.

New impeller design
- high efficiency (average 2,8% higher than of NP);
- low NPSH (average 0,21 m lower than of  NP);
- quiet low axial force resulting in lower load on bearings and lower vibration.

High-pressure models
Head of the series is 40-315 and 50-315 up to 145m for 50Hz.

Mechanical seal
Faster air exhaust of seal chamber. Anti-rotating ribs of seal chamber improve sealing and extend service life.
