P-AA Plunger Pumps
|

|
Technical Characteristics:
- P-AA single-plunger dosing chemical pumps;
- pump bonnet is made of AISI 316L stainless steel;
- pumps are made in accordance with CE norms;
- pump housing is made of cast aluminum protected by epoxy antacid paint;
- IP55 class of protection, F class of isolation;
- flow rate is adjusted with the help of a micrometric knob that operates plunger stroke;
- maximal height of lift is 3 m;
- dosing pump is operated by vertically installed motor;
- gear shift transmission work on the black run principle (the return spring makes the plunger return);
- standard motor: 0,18; 0,25; 0,37; 0,55 kW or 0,75 kW, 1400 r/min;
- other types of pumps are available on additional order

| Complete Units of Plunger Dosing Pump Bonnet |
 |
1. Inlet and outlet ball valves 2. Plunger (piston) made of ceramics. 3. Dosing pump body 4. Bonnet protection |
|
| Main Advantages: |
- high-precision reciprocable movement of plunger pump; - high capacity and pressure; - manual adjustment of piston stroke from 0 to 20 mm based on reciprocable movement that provides a precision piston displacement; - various construction materials of pump bonnet provide using the pump with different chemicals; - plunger pumps are used when: ● high process pressure is needed; ● dosed liquid is non- abrasive and contains no insoluble particles; ● viscous liquids are to be dosed (when the length of piston’s stroke is not big). |
