Notes:
● under the standard ON/OFF dosing mode, 100 PPM refer only to DLX-MA/M 02-10; 05-07 and 05-12 models, for the rest models -120 PPM is determined;  
● HRS system operates in the range of 100/120-240 PPM, in accordance with the actually specified back pressure; 
● standard height of chemical agent intake is 2m;
● standard voltage: 230 V ± 10% 50 Hz;
● dosing pumps capacity is defined by testing pumps with moderate hard water, under nominal pressure and lift height of 1.5 m, at room temperature.

Operation principle of dosing pumps

Operation principle of a dosing pump is as follows: Teflon disphragm is mounted on a piston (plunger), which is driven by the influence of a constant electromagnetic field of solenoid. When the piston moves forward (under the influence of electromagnetic field) the pressure on the pump head originates, this is accompanied by the outlet of fluid through the relief valve. On completing of electromagnetic field exposure, the piston resets to its original position by a spring, while an automatic fluid inlet takes place via the inlet valve.

Operation principle is very simple; the pump does not require lubrication, which nearly eliminates the service operation process.

Construction materials of the pumps enable the corrosive liquids dosing.
