IHG dry rotor pumps refer to vertical single-stage centrifugal chemical pumps of in-line design for pumping liquids in oil, chemical, metal, electrical, paper industry as well as in medical industry with temperature of pumped medium -20 оС ~ +120 оС, in standard design.

The main parts of pump housing as well as impeller are made of high-quality stainless steel, which allows pumping aggressive liquids. Explosion-proof design is also available.

 
Characteristics:
  • Pump housing of IHG dry rotor pumps is made of stainless steel and is approved for application in food and chemical industry;
  • IHG dry rotor pumps feature vertical design. Thier inlet and outlet nozzles are placed in line, which allows their installing directly on pipelines. Pumps feature compact dimensions, space saving design and can be installed outdoors (under a shelter);
  • Impeller of IHG dry rotor pumps is placed directly on motor shaft. Thus, it features noisless operation without causing high level of vibration. Furthermore, the pump housing is connected to the motor in such a way that it allows significant decreasing of axial pressure during operation;
  • The pump shaft is sealed by a special chemically resistant mechanical seal which significantly extends pump service life;
  • These pumps feature easy installation, maintenance and repair, so that there is no need in dismantling, for it is enough to screw the bolts that fit the motor and to pool the rotor out.
