Wilo-Top-S Circulation pumps with threaded or flanged-type connection

Wilo Top-S circulating pumps provide water circulation in heating and hot water supply systems, as well as in underfloor heating systems.

Wilo Top-S circulating pumps are very compact and light, mounted directly on pipelines, quite in operation. These pumps are applicable to systems of almost all private houses, are easy to be installed and have a long service life.

Nominal bore: R 1 to DN 100
Pumped medium:
water and water glycolic mixture for heating systems
Temperature of the pumped medium:
from -10°С to +130°С
Process pressure:
6 and 10 bar
Construction:
- wet rotor pump does not require maintenance;
- three stages of rotary speed;
- blocking current-resistance or built-in motor protection;
- insulating jacket.

 
Application Range

Heating systems of all types, closed cooling circuits, air conditioning systems, water circulation in heating systems and hot water supply systems.

  • Temperature range: from -20°C up to +130°C, short-term (2 hours) up to +140°C (TOP-S 25/13, 80/15, 80/20 and pumps with the Wilo shield blanket module: from -20 °C up to +110 °C)

Efficiency

The pumps are equipped with thermal insulation (as standard), which reduces heat loss through the pump housing and overall power consumption of the heating system. Electronically controlled pumps can save up to 50% energy comparing to conventional pumps; it is up to 8% of total electricity consumption in the house.
